We’re teaming up with Coats of Joy to warm up our community this holiday season!
EVENT:

Come one, Come all! On December 17, Upstairs Circus will be hosting a Project Social at a special price of $38 which includes a marvelous DIY project, 2 drink tickets and truffle popcorn. The only requirement is that you bring a coat. Donations of clean, gently used coats and jackets of all shapes and sizes and for women, men and children will be accepted during this event.

DIY T Shirt Yarn Tutorial

It’s easy and cheap and makes some wonderful items… it’s T-shirt yarn. Below is a simple tutorial for making your own upcycled T-Shirt yarn.

The supplies needed: scissors and a T-shirt that has no side seams (they are very easy to find in thrift stores… simply head to the Men’s XXL Tee section!).

Derby Hat RoundUp

Every year, we attend a great fundraiser in Denver called “Denver Derby.” Basically, thousands of people get together, dressed in their most fetching Spring wear, watch the Kentucky Derby horse race on big screens and support the Sean Ranch Lough Memorial Foundation.
