Large Party Agreement

In addition to a reservation, large parties (groups of 8 or more people) require an agreement and a form of payment in order to hold a reservation. Please fill out the below form to make your group official!

Reservation Hold/ Charge Agreement

• Large groups will be subject to a 20% gratuity (which can be paid individually by each guest at the time of the event)
• Groups have 48 hours prior to the reserved session to confirm the party size and update with Upstairs Circus.
• To confirm, use the link in your reservation email/ confirmation email or you can reply directly to your reservation confirmation email sent prior to your event.
• Cancellations are required 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations between 24-48 hours in advance will be charged for 50% of the reserved seats, tax, and gratuity.
• Groups cancelled in less than 24 hours will be charged 100% of the reserved seats.
   • Projects $43 x number of reserved seats.
   • Local Tax Percentage (e.g. 8.5%)
   • Gratuity 20%

Note: No payment will be taken prior to the event; we hold your reservation with a credit card in the case of a late cancellation or failure to show. Guests will be able to pay individually during your event, including the automatic 20% gratuity. If you plan on having your guests pay individually, please communicate the price and automatic gratuity to your guests to avoid any confusion during checkout.
